Yeah, I am pretty sure I'm not the first college student to use their blog to complain about how unjustified marijuana laws are. And I am also pretty sure that the policy makers in congress are not following this blog with bated breath ready to reform drug policy as soon as I give the word. But when misguided and outdated drug laws cause shit like this to happen I feel like the public should at least know about it. Not to mention that the prohibition of hemp, one of the most useful plants on earth, is probably costing the US economy billions of dollars every year as well as leading to unnecessary environmental destruction. And the worst part about hemp being illegal is that it contains so little THC you would have to smoke an entire pound or two just to cop a good buzz.
On an entirely unrelated note, If anybody has not yet seen speak the Hungarian rapper than you are missing out on one of the best awful songs that youtube has provided to the world. Also, one of the weird backup singers looks like Phil Collins. Maybe Mr. Collins had a brief stint in the hilariously bad political Hungarian rap scene?
